Keeping your G9 dry

In conclusion, if you’re taking the G9 to the beach, or kayaking or the like and need to protect the camera from sand, water or dust, consider going the economical route and getting a Ziploc bag or two (the sandwich versions should do).
Also, be sure to place some silica gel packs inside the Ziploc (or ziplock-type) bags to soak up the moisture within the bag.
